Initial Consultation
In-person or Online counselling sessions,
Long or short term sessions depending on your preference.
Sessions are £70 for 50 minutes. Concessionary rates may be available, depending on availability.
To begin, simply get in touch via the contact form. I will then respond by email to arrange a free consultation call — an informal chat to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and see if working together feels right.
It is important that you are able to get the most out of therapy and this helps when you can connect with a therapist who feels right for you.
