My Approach

If you find yourself unable to find your true voice, overwhelmed by grief, feeling a disconnect from yourself and others, or feeling stuck, anxious, or self-doubt, I am here to help.​

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to explore your challenges in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space.

 

My Person-Centered approach means I tailor each session to your individual needs, helping you find clarity, healing, and empowerment at your own pace. 

 

My focus is on building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel truly heard and understood.​​

Sessions

I offer in-person and online counselling sessions, weekly or biweekly. Long or short term sessions depending on your preference.  

Fees

Rates £65 per 50 minute session, with concessions available if requested and due to availability. 

It is important that you are able to get the most out of therapy and this helps when you can connect with a therapist who feels right for you.

Initial Consultation

To get started, I offer a free 20 minute telephone call so that I can get a sense of what you are looking for and what it would be like for us to work together, as well as answer any questions with no obligations.
