Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
In-person sessions are based in Peckham Rye and London Bridge, both a short walk from the station. Online sessions are also offered.
What happens at a discovery call?
A short relaxed 20-minute chat to answer any questions, explore what is going on for you and your support needs and see if we're a good fit.
What happens if I decide to book a session?
We'll arrange a date to meet for an initial session so that you can experience what therapy with me feels like. There is no pressure to commit—after the session you can reflect and have time to decide whether you would like to commit to continuing with further sessions.
Is therapy only for deeper issues?
No—therapy supports everything from working towards personal growth and overcoming small barriers to exploring deeper or unresolved past and present issues. You don't have to be in a crisis for therapy to help.
Is it normal to feel nervous before starting therapy?
Absolutely. Feeling unsure or emotional is common, whether it is your first or third time starting therapy. We can talk about any feelings you're having, and you can go at your own pace.
